We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher's Assistant / Aide to join our team at Mustard Seed Early Learning Academy in Gwynn Oak, MD. Responsibilities :
- Assist lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and daily activities
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime and outdoor activities
- Help with meal and snack times, including feeding and clean-up
- Assist with diaper changing and potty training
- Support classroom management and behavior guidance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working with young children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic demeanor
- Ability to pass background check and obtain necessary clearances
