As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our dynamic advertising agency.

Position Overview : As a Marketing Coordinator at Mustard Seed Company, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives while collaborating with our internal team and external advertising agency on various projects. Responsibilities will include social media management, content creation, event coordination, and campaign execution.

This position is Monday through Friday, daytime hours, 20 to 25 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and in-store promotions.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and marketing materials.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support event planning and coordination, including promotions for special events and community outreach.
Collaborate with the advertising agency on creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Help manage customer feedback and online reviews, ensuring positive brand engagement.
Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.

Qualifications :

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Strong interest in the restaurant industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
