Position Summary
They are seeking an experienced Sales Call Center Leader to manage and optimize their inbound and outbound call center operations. This role focuses on engaging potential members, effectively communicating the benefits of the company's personalized healthcare programs, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve membership growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center management within the healthcare sector and a proven track record in sales leadership. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives specializing in healthcare membership sales.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both inbound and outbound campaigns targeting potential healthcare members.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align sales initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
Operational Oversight
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, in all patient communications.
- Optimize call center processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and member experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and team achievements to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management, preferably within the healthcare or membership services industry.
- Proven success in leading inbound/outbound sales teams and achieving growth targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce.

Base Salary: $175,000.00 - DOE
On-Target-Earnings: $230,000.00 – No Cap
