A globally award-winning, multi-disciplinary design consultancy are looking for a Senior Planner specialising Wayfinding to join their San Francisco studio. The studio is in its infancy, but some big client wins lead the team into an exciting 2025!
The consultancy is well known for working with global blue-chip brands, planning, and designing information systems for buildings, campuses, transit networks and cities. Anything from maps, screens, signs and digital applications are produced.
Joining as a Senior Wayfinding Planner, you'll lead the delivery of complex wayfinding solutions for both interior and exterior environments.
This role requires strong research and analytical skills to navigate complexity, develop insights, and translate ideas into clear and effective solutions. You will work collaboratively with design teams to integrate and implement strategies, balancing competing demands to support the wider team in meeting project and client deadlines.
This role would suit someone with a background in wayfinding or a related discipline such as transportation or urban planning, architecture, master planning, urban design, or information design
This role is offered on a hybrid basis from the teams Bay Area office. Worth noting that the role will require domestic and international travel for location-based working, project meetings and presentations.
