Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury litigation and possess strong organizational and communication skills. The role involves supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation from case inception through trial and appeal.
Responsibilities :
- Responsibilities begin upon drafting of Complaints on behalf of clients.
- Assist attorneys with case management, including drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents.
- Conduct factual and legal research using various online and offline resources.
- Prepare and organize documents and exhibits for discovery and trial.
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel.
- Manage case files and maintain electronic and physical case documents.
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing trial exhibits and courtroom logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards.
