Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Help create engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining brand consistency.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and professionalism before publication.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize future campaigns and improve engagement rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our strategy relevant.
- Assist in the creation of graphics and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate with an interest in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop (a plus).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
- Understanding of e-commerce principles and how they relate to social media marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
