Job Description:
We are looking for an Experienced Boat Mechanic with a proven track record in the marine industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of boats, engines, and systems. A team-oriented attitude and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercury and Suzuki marine engines and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on boats and engines.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a boat mechanic in the marine industry.
- Own set of professional tools for the job.
- Mercury Marine and Suzuki Marine certifications (preferred) or willingness to obtain certifications.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills, including knowledge of marine engine systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
