Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Yard Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the yard's organization and efficiency while ensuring that materials are handled safely and effectively. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Mutiny Marine is a boat dealership who promotes and grows its ranks from within. Responsibilities
- Clean and organize shop space
- Assist with outdoor organization with boat placement
- Organize yard tools and clean outdoor space as needed
- Powerwash items as needed to promote a clean area and work environment
- Roll up hoses and organize tools both indoors and outdoors
- Assist in moving boats around the yard using our equipment such as a small forklift or yard tractor (easy to use equipment and training is available)
- Inspection of boats before they leave and wipe down the interior as needed
- Other like minded jobs and tasks
Experience
- Previous experience in a yard or warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with materials handling equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and cranes is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge is an asset for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards in all operations.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
