A prestigious alternative investment firm known for its exceptional office culture and outstanding benefits is seeking a dynamic Head of Vendor Payments to lead and manage a team.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in Vendor Payments and Accounts Payable within a fast-paced environment. Expertise in Concur and people management is essential for this role.

In-Office Policy : Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a team of three, ensuring accountability and professional growth.
• Oversee vendor payments, T&E reimbursements, and corporate card programs, leveraging SAP Concur and Microsoft D365 to drive process efficiencies.
• Manage cash disbursements, including payroll funding, tax payments, and off-cycle vendor payments.
• Ensure timely completion of balance sheet reconciliations, including cash accounts.
• Oversee year-end 1099 filings and compliance.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline payment processes and enhance internal controls.
• Conduct training sessions on vendor payments and T&E best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address accounting and payable inquiries.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, including evaluating vendor payment platforms to support firm growth.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.
