The Hard Work

Getting up early, lots of driving, 3 site visits a day, getting on roofs to perform and document inspections, getting outside your comfort zone, frustration that comes with rapid growth and expansion, and pressure to perform by honoring your word.

Primary Responsibilities

To succeed in this job, you must:

 Get in front of 1 to 3 prospects a day.

 Expand your accounts and territories by helping customers succeed.

 Work with the sales manager to identify opportunities.

 Develop a plan with the sales manager to achieve goals.

Your Experience

 High School or GED required? (No)

 Working knowledge of email and basic Microsoft Office? (Yes)

 Working car and good driving habits? (Yes)

 Experience with JobNimbus, RoofSnap, and Hover roofing software? (preferred, but not

required)

 Experience selling into parallel industries outside of roofing should apply? (Yes)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
