The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth and helps us expand our vertical markets. Coordinate with company executives, sales, and marketing professionals to review current market trends to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share in packaging solutions and large-format printing.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, partnerships, and market segments related to packaging and large-format printing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers, understanding their packaging and printing needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met with innovative packaging and large-format printing solutions.
- Promote the company's products and services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new opportunities in both packaging and large-format printing sectors.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Prepare Dealer Agreements ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines.
- Provide trustworthy sales forecasts and feedback and after-sales support.
- 5 to 7 years' experience as a business development/process manager, or relevant position in the packaging industry.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field is a plus.
- Goal oriented with proven experience in packaging process, business development, and/or account management, preferably in the large format print market.
- Strong understanding of the packaging materials, processes and design combined with large format printing technologies, software, and related applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking, decision making, and negotiation skills.
- Initiative-taking with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
- 50% - 75% Travel required.
