Lead Response Representative

We are seeking dynamic results driven Lead Response Representative (LRR) to respond to inbound inquiries, engaging with prospects, and qualifying leads to move them through the sales funnel. They are often the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring prompt and effective communication. The idea candidate has excellent communication skills with the ability to turn convert leads into opportunities to drive the sales cycle forward.

Responsibilities:

• Engage prospects by responding to inquiries from various channels utilizing CRM.
• Qualify leads determine fit for further engagement by the sales team.
• Track lead progression, maintain engagement, and maintain accurate records.
• Working closely with regional sales managers to handover qualified leads to the right qualified dealer.
• Take inbound calls from marketing ads and content.
• Answering emails from potential customers.
• Identifying and qualifying inbound leads generated through various marketing initiatives.
• Sharing information about the product or service and building relationships with prospective customers.

Required Skills/Ability:

• 3-5 years' experience in sales or marketing with lead generation or sales support position.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to build rapport and foster relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and maintain accurate record keeping.
• Problem solving ability to think quickly, address challenges or objections from potential leads effectively.
• Strong people skills with diligence to ensure no leads are left behind.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-centric mindset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
