Mutual Credit Union has an excellent career opportunity for Call Center Representatives. This position will be responsible for assisting members and potential members with their telephone requests; answering questions about products and services and resolving problems.
A Call Center Representative is an important position in our organization and the individual should have a passion for helping people, while having a naturally positive attitude with demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills:
- Ability to organize and prioritize workflow

- Work well with others in all areas of the Credit Union
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Experience:
- One year of financial industry or call center experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
