Reports to : Programs Manager
Hourly wages : $23.50
Proficiency in Second Language preferred

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Afterschool Program Coordinator to lead the daily operations of our vibrant afterschool program. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing youth programs, addressing behavioral and trauma-related challenges, and cultivating a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children. This role is based at Mutual Housing on the Boulevard and offers the potential for advancement to a Program Coordinator II position with demonstrated experience and success.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and implement engaging curriculum and activities tailored to the needs of children.
Recruit, train, and supervise program interns, ensuring alignment with program goals and expectations.
Address behavioral issues using a trauma-informed lens, emphasizing conflict resolution and restorative practices.
Collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to strengthen program impact and visibility.
Track attendance, program outcomes, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
