Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with employee records, recruitment processes, benefits administration, and other HR-related functions. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department and supporting the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Records Management : Maintain and update employee records electronically, ensuring that all personal information, employment contracts, and other HR documents are accurate and confidential.
- Recruitment Support : Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
- Onboarding Support : Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials, facilitating introductions, and ensuring new hires have the necessary tools and access to systems.
- Benefits Administration : Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits.
- Payroll Assistance : Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate and timely submission of employee timesheets, maintaining leave records, and providing documentation as needed.
- Compliance & Reporting : Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations, and help prepare reports for HR and management as required.
- Employee Communication : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- HR Documentation : Assist in the preparation of HR policies, employee handbooks, and other documentation related to HR procedures.
- Training & Development : Help coordinate training sessions and track employee participation in training programs.
- Event Coordination : Assist with the planning and organization of employee events, such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
- General Administrative Support : Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team, record keeping, scheduling, and general office organization.
