KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• · Knowledge of commercial construction practices, design, and experience working with building materials, or masonry is preferred, but not required.

  · Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.

  · Experience working in a fast-paced environment demanding strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

  · Exceptional communication skills in all forms (i.e.: written, in-person, telephone), proactive and friendly, conscientious and diligent, committed to contributing to operational goals in a positive, productive way.

  · A clean driving record is required.

  · Able to work under pressure/deadlines; detail-oriented, resourceful, and thorough in completing projects.

  · Demonstrated success in growing a company(s) sales revenue and market share through customer engagement.

  · High level of integrity and desire to work in a dynamic, strategically driven environment.

  · Local travel within the territory required

Salary : $65,000 - $72,000
