Role Summary:
Mutual of America’s Summer Internship Program provides college students with hands-on corporate experience working with meaningful projects and assignments. Throughout the 6-week program, interns will not only have direct guidance from experienced leaders in their assigned departments but can have the opportunity to attend training classes and planned events with other interns.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Internal Audit team in evaluating and testing internal controls, processes, and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Perform data analysis, reconciliations and testing of controls/records under supervision
- Support the Internal Audit team in assessing operational efficiency and recommending process improvements
- Help prepare audit documentation, reports, etc. for management review
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while collaborating with different divisions/departments to gather/obtain necessary information
Required Qualifications:
- A rising Sophomore (graduating year 2028) or a rising Junior (graduating year 2027)
- Must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.4
- Work 4 days onsite (M-Th)
