Job Title:      Business Analyst Intern    

Job Type:     Full-Time Internship

Duration:      3 months (Summer 2025)

Salary:          $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Assist colleagues in their daily client interactions and related functions.
  • Assist with audits on fee schedules and technology systems.
  • Audit and update data to ensure accurate recording of notes, activities and client information.
  • Collaborate with fellow interns on a Capstone Project, applying your skills to real-world challenges and presenting findings.
  • Conduct research to support internal teams in analyzing various metrics and data.
  • Contribute to assigned projects (e.g., Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs)).
  • Engage in cross-departmental workshop to build collaborative skills.
  • Join the Aspire Guest Speaker series, to connect with industry professionals, and gain valuable insights.
  • Manage IT inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Organize and maintain electronic records and data for the organization and clients.
  • Participate in a book club hosted by the CEO for personal and professional growth.
  • Perform various administrative tasks and projects in a timely manner.
  • Perform data cleanup and standardize naming conventions for consistency.
  • Support internal teams in meeting advisors’ needs.

  • Tech-Savvy and Adaptable: Proficient in or eager to improve skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
