We handle all aspects of general dentistry and also provide additional services such as cosmetic treatments, implants, and root canals. Currently, our office is seeking an Orthodontic Manager for our practice in Alamogordo, NM ! The right fit must be a people person, demonstrate multitasking abilities, possess time management skills, be a team player, and be comfortable with different types of technology!
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating orthodontic treatments, including communication between the orthodontist and patients.
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Oversee the maintenance and proper use of orthodontic equipment and software.
Ensure staff is trained on any new technology or software used in the practice.
Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
Oversee patient records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date
Manage patient intake and treatment planning processes.
Ensure patients have a positive experience by addressing concerns and resolving complaints
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow.
Monitor inventory and supplies, and reorder as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
