- Be the face of MVA, greeting clients, handling phone calls, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist our team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and cleanliness, keeping our workspace professional and efficient.
- Lend a hand with financial tasks, assisting with invoicing, billing, and expense reports.
- Manage our social media presence, creating engaging content, monitoring channels, and analyzing performance.

Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on building rapport.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
