MVF is looking for an experienced Paid Search Specialist to join our award-winning performance marketing team. We are one of the world’s largest customer acquisition businesses, headquartered in London, and we are now expanding our Austin marketing team, with huge growth ambitions over the coming years. . With annual marketing spend of over $75M and a team of 90 digital marketing experts at the forefront of new technology, we really are industry leaders when it comes to paid marketing.

Support our already existing Paid Search team, which currently consists of three individuals at a range of experience levels.
Working closely with the MVF’s sales team in order to gather detailed information on client products and lead performance

Your responsibilities will include:
Hands on campaign management of our highest spending campaigns, working closely with the strategy team to grow your own portfolio and deliver against US growth plans.
Supporting on the performance of campaigns in the wider team, influencing strategy and prioritising workflow to ensure campaigns scale where possible and hit their target metrics.
Performance data analysis: Using a variety of data sources to analyze ad performance data, e.g Click Through Rate, Conversion Rate, and how they impact revenue and profit.
Applying local marketing knowledge and strategies to your portfolio and influencing the approach of the wider team.
Mentoring junior members of the team, providing technical support and feedback in the moment
Take a leading role in Paid Search and wider Marketing Team projects, driving innovation and account development on a long-term basis.
Help to form new processes and ways of working for the team as we continue to grow the US
Execute on value-driving projects - you’ll have the opportunity to implement & lead on projects that drive value for MVF and our stakeholders
Expert collaboration - build relationships with MVF’s expert marketers across multiple channels
Keep up to date with industry knowledge to refine your campaign strategies and influence MVF strategy
Our Ideal MVFer:
4 years of hands on campaign management experience on Google Ads (Search required) including implementation of optimization activities and tests
Evidence of strong analytical and numerical ability
A highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
A passion for digital marketing and Paid Search in particular
A detail-oriented individual with a combination of creative and analytical skills
A proactive and independent approach to working life
