Improvement Advisor
Location: Philadelphia, PA
The Improvement Advisor assists in supporting the quality, safety and service initiatives and goals of the organization, department, and service lines. Continuous Quality Improvement and Change Management methodology is utilized in managing process design, data collection, analysis and reporting outcomes. The Improvement Advisor works closely with internal and external customers including but not limited to hospital administration, department directors and managers, members of the medical staff, and other healthcare providers, as well as outside vendors.

Base Salary - USD $70,000 to $85,000
