We are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join our team. This Customer Account Manager position is an opportunity for individuals who are eager to kick-start their career in sales, account management, and customer service while being a part of a mission-driven company. The Customer Account Manager will play a role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, get appointments scheduled for their design quotes, and have a seamless home improvement experience. Our Customer Account Managers understand our customers' concerns and listen to them with empathy as they make this big change. The Customer Account Manager position is primary in our retail stores, focusing on customer presentations, appointment settings, sales, account management, and relationship-building to understand what improvements they are looking to make.
Customer Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Create a friendly retail environment for customers to feel comfortable expressing their renovation dreams for their kitchen or bathroom
- Proactively listen to customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Assist in managing customers accounts while identifying new sales opportunities, renovation and improvement ideas, products and services
- Keep retail work setting clean and organized at all times
- Thoroughly manage customer appointments so that they can get an idea of the renovation quotes
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers for continued satisfaction
- Follow all retail policy and procedures for opening and closing shifts
- Report regularly on sales activities, progress, and opportunities for improvement
Customer Account Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, or account management is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Confident engaging with customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,400.00 per month
