Mandatory Qualifications :
- Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Business Analyst
- More than seven (7) years of client focused business and requirements analysis experience and documentation including : Conducting and leading requirements gathering sessions; Analyzing requirements gathered; Identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements for continuous integration and deployment; Preparing proposals for best fit technology based on requirements elicited.
- More than seven (7) years of experience working on enterprise level software development projects with an active role in working with customers, technical team, and other Business Analysts.
Desirable Qualifications :
enrollment, case management, and financial management of SNAP, HEAP, PA, & Child Care.

Duties / Responsibilities :
implementation of IES. Initial focus will include participating in analysis of the existing State systems and business processes, executing quality control tasks as related to accuracy of the information and consumability of outputs by IES business partners to inform the To Be system business rules, identifying rules to carry forward into the To Be system and those that will be retired in collaboration with agency business partners working within the guiderails of the project scope.
