What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at MVP Disc Sports?
MVP Disc Sports is a sporting goods company in Marlette, Michigan. We are a growing company with a mission to be the leading edge in technology and innovation in all areas of disc golf.
We are a wholesale supplier for disc golf stores around the world. We're hiring for a customer service position to serve our growing customer base. Our Customer Service team works Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Some responsibilities of these positions include:
- Email correspondence with customers submitting orders or inquiries.
- Answering phone calls with customers to assist them with the ordering process or resolving any issues.
- Basic Accounting practices such as entering Bills, Invoices, Payments, Updating Customer Information, etc.
- Coordinating shipping logistics with shipping providers to ensure customers receive their orders on time.
