Graphic Designer

MVP Disc Sports is a leading innovator in the disc golf industry, driven by our "Leading Edge" philosophy. We're experiencing rapid growth alongside the sport itself and are looking to expand our Marketing Department with talented individuals who share our passion for disc golf and creating top-quality products. We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in bringing our products to life visually, contributing to a wide range of projects, from disc golf stamp design to website graphics and everything in between. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. This role requires full-time presence at our HQ location in Marlette, MI.

Responsibilities:

· Editing product photography, product packaging design, creating graphics for newsletters, designing apparel, creating stamps for discs, and graphics for social media

· Create graphic instructional sheets for products.

· Develop layouts for smaller projects, such as Disc Golf Starter Sets.

· Maintain consistency with MVP design principles.

· Organize and manage design files within Google Drive.

· Communicate effectively with other departments using Google Workspace.

· Proactively contribute ideas and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

· Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.

· Experience with designing on Windows computers

· Strong understanding of vector graphics and experience working with them.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and work independently.

· Comfortable working within established brand guidelines.

· Experience with Google Drive and Google Workspace.

· Knowledge of disc golf is a plus, but not required.

Additional Experience (Preferred):

· Photography experience, including product and lifestyle photography.

· Videography experience.

· Degree or relevant experience in Graphic Design or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
