Established in Southeastern Massachusetts, our Non-Profit VNA & Hospice Program is seeking a seasoned financial leader to join their Senior Leadership Team. As Vice President of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the organization's financial strategy, ensuring fiscal health, and driving data-informed decisions that support the agency's vital mission.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing, cost reporting, and financial systems analysis. With 5-10 years of progressive healthcare finance experience, preferably in home care or hospice, you will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, payroll, and reimbursement processes. You will collaborate with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Senior Leadership Team to develop financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
You will provide financial insights to support strategic planning and operational decision-making, managing budgeting, payroll, and third-party reimbursement functions to maintain financial stability. A key responsibility will be to lead a dedicated Finance Team, fostering collaboration and supporting staff development.
