This facility provides high-quality care across a continuum of services, including Short-term Rehab, Long-term Care, and Memory Support.
Position Summary :
The Director of Nursing will lead and manage the nursing department to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for a strategic and compassionate leader ready to support a committed team, enhance quality measures, and uphold the center's mission of delivering person-centered care.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of nursing services, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to provide top-tier care
