MVP Recruitment is assisting a reputable non-profit organization in the recruitment of a Clinical Manager to lead its Home Health team. The Clinical Manager will oversee interdisciplinary care for patients both within the community and the organization's broader service area, ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all patient care services, staffing, and referrals.
- Supervise and support a dedicated team of clinical professionals.
- Coordinate care plans, oversee interdisciplinary meetings, and ensure ongoing communication across the team.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations , manage the submission of OASIS , and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the infection preventionist and contribute to QAPI projects.
- Act as on-call manager on a rotating basis.
