Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and experienced Bartender / Bar Lead to join our team at Tailgaters Coit. The ideal candidate will embody our core values, deliver top-notch service, and contribute to our mission of creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender / Bar Lead, you will be responsible for managing bar operations, crafting exceptional cocktails, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
- Craft and serve a variety of high-quality beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking supplies.
- Train, mentor, and lead bar staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with guests, building relationships and promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
- Participate in community events and initiatives, supporting our commitment to community-driven sports passion.
- Uphold our core values of excellence, hospitality, teamwork, and accountability in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bartender, Bar Lead, or similar role in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and bar management.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
