Job Summary :
We are looking for a versatile and passionate Bartender / Server to join our team in a part-time crossover role at MVPs Bar & Grill. This flexible position allows you to work as both a bartender and server , providing top-notch service behind the bar or on the floor, depending on business needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver outstanding hospitality, and contribute to an energetic and team-oriented workplace.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Take food and drink orders, accurately input them into the system, and ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar and dining areas, following health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and responsibly.
- Engage with guests, fostering positive relationships and enhancing their experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team, adapting to different roles as needed.
