What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the kitchen crew and ensure smooth operations every shift.
- Cook and guide the team on recipes (like wings, burgers, appetizers, and more).
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe, organized, and up to health standards.
- Manage inventory—ordering, tracking, and keeping supplies stocked.
- Train and support the team to deliver fast, top-quality food.
- Step up at community events to show off our food and spirit.
- Set the tone for excellence, teamwork, and accountability every day.
What You Need:
- Solid experience as a Line Cook or Kitchen Lead in a busy restaurant.
- Strong skills in cooking, food safety, and running kitchen equipment.
