About the Position
The Member Services ( Concession) Team Member is responsible for providing a large, diversified clientele with outstanding customer service by performing day-to-day concessions operations. The team member is primarily responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests using the club and concessions area. This position is part of the Member Service Department and reports to the Member Services Manager.
