pThe strongAccount Manager (Outside Sales) / strong is responsible to develop prospect rental, lease and contract accounts as well as build and maintain strong, long-lasting existing customer relationships. Account management responsibilities also include connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. / pbr / strongResponsibilities : / strong
ulliBe the primary point of contact and build new long-term relationships with customers. / liliMaintain good business relations with existing contract customers. / liliAchieve new, add and renew annual sales quota to the desired gross margin requirements. / liliAssist with developing brochures, social media and other marketing items. / liliCommunicate clearly the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. / liliResponsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships. / liliOversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts, and agreements to maximize profits. / liliKeep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes. / liliConduct inside sales by contacting potential and existing customers via phone and e-mail. / liliSatisfy customers needs and requests by responding to all inquiries in a timely manner. / liliFeeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to management. / liliBe a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace. / liliConduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. / li / ulbr / strongQualifications : / strong
ulli3-5 years of Outside Sales experience (preferred but not required). / liliValid State Drivers License; must meet insurability standards. / liliKnowledge in the transportation industry, a plus. / liliProven account management or other relevant experience. / liliExperience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customers needs. / li / ul
