The Bartender will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, and ensuring they have a world-class experience while at the Sunset Grill.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable about the menu, prices, and mixology.
- Stocks bar and completes other pre-opening requirements.
- Prepares and serves alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Skilled at slowing and refusing alcoholic beverage service when necessary.
- Cleans bar and completes other pre-closing requirements.
- Completes time and tip sheets accurately daily.
- Carefully follows all laws and club policies and procedures regarding alcoholic beverage service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year or more experience with bartending.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- New Mexico alcohol & gaming server certification.
- Food safety certification.
- Must possess valid driver’s license.
- Required to stand for long periods and walk, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.
- Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Continuous repetitive motions.
- Work in hot, humid and noisy environment.
- Ability to work late evenings and early mornings.
