pThe Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the relationship between the IT team and the business unit they are supporting. They are focused on improving the customer experience by gathering feedback from stakeholders and working to develop a clear strategy for improvement. / p
pResponsibilities : / p
liUnderstand business requirements and translate the same into user stories for agile development. / li
liPartner with internal business owners and external partners to understand new business opportunities and define functional requirements. / li
liAssist in developing comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards, to include but not limited to basic system architectural diagrams / wireframes, concepts of operations, and monthly status reports. / li
liCreate high-level briefings and communications materials for drivers, management, and executive stakeholders. / li
liSupport a continuous improvement process by providing recommendations on improving products, services, and processes. / li
pEducation / Experience : / p
liBachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field (preferred). / li
liTwo (2) years of relevant experience (Preferred). An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. / li
liOne (1) year of transportation and / or logistics experience (preferred). / li
liExperience in an agile delivery environment a plus. / li
liStrong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. / li
liBasic understanding of business intelligence tools, databases, and software such as SQL, Excel, PowerBI, and other data analysis tools. / li
liBasic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies. / li
