The Customer Service Rep (“CSR”) in Tanker Division is responsible for all data entry information related to shipping and receiving of bulk product; utilizing basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS Office to maintain accurate information at all times. The incumbent will ensure proper organization of all information in order to process shipments accurately and timely. This position requires the ability to maneuver in a high-degree of accuracy, fast-paced environment with a focus on organization and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining customer accounts by demonstrating customer service excellence to the customer at all times.
- CSR processes orders and requests in accurately and in a timely manner.
- CSR will maintain assigned accounts up to date to include all inbound and outbound activities.
- CSR will maintain inventory accountability on assigned accounts.
- CSR organizes and prioritizes the workflow to meet the customer’s deadline regarding outbound shipments.
- CSR will research issues to help and/or answer customer’s request
- Ensure communication with manager and warehouse personnel.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- 3 years Customer service experience, preferably in a Warehouse Environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer orientation (i.e. professional, respectful, courteous, helpful, etc.)
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Products
