Night Schedule:7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., 4 on - 4 off (Days Vary)
Weekend Schedule:Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday (Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)

Responsibilities:
- Provides and communicates accurate information to the customer and maintains a high-level service.
- Accurately tracks and traces loads and uses all tolls provided with MSLV and escalates any issues to the Operations Manager if necessary.
- Schedules pickup and delivery appointments with customers in a timely manner.
- Works with team members to solve problems.
- Accurately updates information and enters order into systems via computer.
- Manages customer phone call process to include systems, flow, and etiquette.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software.
- Knowledge and understanding of MVT Divisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
