This position will be based in El Paso, TX and will report to work at the terminal daily. / ppstrongResponsibilities : / strong / pulliManages a fleet of about 30 truck drivers remotely / liliDrives employees to high performance expectations, such as efficiency (improved miles per gallon), professionalism, on-time deliveries / liliAnalyzes and monitors the work quality, safety quality, attendance / punctuality, and behavior of drivers, and disciplines when necessary. / liliAvailable for escalations and questions, as well as knowledgeable on available resources and connections. / liliAssigns drivers to units and maintains truck / trailer performance by increasing truck miles to improve profitability. / liliMonitors satellite communication to determine hours of driver service and to resolve driver log issues. / liliControls expenses such as layover / motel reimbursement and unloading / advances. / li / ulpstrongQualifications : / strong / pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent (Required). / liliSupervisory / Managerial experience of 15 employees (at least 1 year). / liliExperience in the trucking / logistics industry (Preferred). / liliProficient communicator in both English and Spanish language.
