The Safety Lane Inspector must have patience, an understanding of mechanics, and an eye for detail.
Offering $15 per hour - Night Schedule (Two available schedules):
- Sun - Tues 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. and Wed 6:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.
- Thurs - Sat 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. and Wed 11:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general inspections on commercial trucks and tractors, including tire pressure checks, safety feature checks, and small maintenance issues.
- Look for any additional repairs that need to be performed and inspect trucks for any physical damage.
- Complete any needed minor repairs.
- Maintain clean & orderly bay area’s/pits.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One to six months related experience (preferred) and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Set of tools are required.
