We are seeking enthusiastic, hard-working, customer-oriented individuals who can work in a team environment. A Windshield Technician repairs damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards. / p
pstrongResponsibilities : / strong / p
liRepairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards. / li
liChecks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received. / li
liPrepares vehicles for body repair work and notifies management of any additional repairs needed. / li
liMaintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair. / li
liMaintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer. / li
liComplies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management. / li
liCooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles. / li
liUnderstands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-know, etc. / li
pstrongQualifications : / strong / p
liWorking knowledge of all aspects of windshield repairs for vehicles. / li
liAbility to read and follow instructions on windshield repairs. / li
liAbility to effectively communicate with others. / li
liMulti-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment. / li
liPrevious experience (preferred). / li
liValidStateDrivers License. / li
liFlexible schedule-must beavailable to work some Saturdays. / li
