Job Summary
The HR Admin serves as a key support resource for HR leadership and executive management, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations and enabling HR and leadership teams to focus on strategic priorities. This role encompasses a blend of administrative and HR-specific responsibilities, requiring the ability to manage diverse tasks with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

Essential Job Functions
- Administrative Support: Provide office and clerical support to all departments including front office and production
- HR Assistance: Support the HR team in executing essential HR functions, including onboarding, employee records maintenance, and compliance with HR policies. Assist in updating and maintaining HR databases and employee files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Project Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of HR-related events, training sessions, and special projects. Coordinate logistics and communicate with stakeholders to support initiatives like employee engagement programs and talent development efforts.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence for both HR and executive teams. Ensure documents are error-free, well-organized, and ready for distribution.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, vendors, and clients to foster a collaborative environment.
- Office Management: Handle office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a well-organized and functional office environment.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.
- High level of discretion, strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to supporting the success of the team and the broader organization.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role
