Job Summary:
The Production Technician meets daily production needs in manufacturing quality parts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work safely in a team environment
· Meet daily production needs in manufacturing quality parts
· Must be able to read and learn to interpret specification sheets and mechanical drawings
· Must be able to learn to read precision measuring instruments
· Set-up/Troubleshoot equipment
· Assist other shifts or areas as needed
· Keep work area clean
Skills and Abilities:
· Must be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specification sheets, and/or mechanical drawings and in precision measurement or become proficient through training.
· Must be able to lift-up to 35 pounds
· Must be able to stand and walk on concrete plant floor for extended periods of time.
Education and Experience:
· High School Education or GED
