Sales Manager

MW Components - Greer: Springs is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our team and drive growth. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals, identifying and developing new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Conduct market research to identify target markets and opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, sales engineers, and customer service representatives, providing coaching and training to develop their skills.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Implement and manage effective sales processes, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and sales forecasting, using sales metrics to track activities and analyze performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Proven track record in sales leadership and management
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in sales software and tools
• Ability to travel as needed (Up to 30%)
