Responsibilities and duties :
- Hold workflow reviews and bespoke onboarding sessions as needed with a commanding presence to diagnose and realign product adoption quickly
- Be comfortable with larger book and help intervene where customer usage is under adopted to coursecorrect and ensure renewal
- Build and grow product knowledge through enablement and crossfunctional communication across the organization
- Work collaboratively with broader sales and success teams to create account plans and execute growth strategy
- Be the goto resource for our clients as a source of objective industry insight
