MA Transformation Lead

MW Partners is currently seeking a M&A & Transformation Lead to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties :

• Lead and manage end to end execution of new M&A transactions from preclose integration planning to postmerger integration execution
• Lead crossfunctional teams (internal and external) to deliver on M&A integration activities ensuring accountability clarity and the removal of roadblocks to achieve successful outcomes
• Work hand in hand with Senior Leaders business and functional leaders to ensure alignment across the operating model integration approach and organizational structure for each deal to drive execution and efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain integrationrelated key performance indicators to measure the efficiency of transactionvalue drivers.
• Drive integration plans coordinate crossfunctional teams run regular integration meetings and drive proactive issue resolution.
• Proactively identify areas for improvements throughout the deal lifecycle and implement bestinclass practices.
• Help ensure repeatable process strategy and finance integration toolset (e.g. playbooks process flows work plans) incorporating prior experience and industryleading practices across all key workstreams are set up and maintained up to date.
• Lead strategic development planning and execution of transformation programs ensuring alignment with overall vision
• Implement and drive change strategies training and enablement for all initiatives (e.g. assess impact of org changes develop communication plans engage key stakeholders address concerns etc.)
• Build trusted and strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
