Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-value caseload, including trucking collisions, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and negligence cases.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach paralegals and support staff.
- Provide exceptional client communication and ensure diligent action on all matters.
- Negotiate strong settlements for legal disputes.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
- Perform administrative and management functions related to legal practice.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of personal injury experience required (pre-litigation experience preferred).
