Now Hiring: Carpenter/Laborer for Growing Civil Division
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carpentry & Labor: You’ll be responsible for a variety of carpentry tasks, including formwork, framing, and other general labor duties for civil construction projects.
- Diverse Projects: Work on various civil construction sites, including foundations, roadways, bridges and other infrastructure projects.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Work alongside foremen and other crew members to complete projects efficiently, safely, and on time, following plans and specifications.
- Safety & Organization: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Tools & Equipment Operation: Operate carpentry tools and heavy equipment as needed to complete tasks safely.

- Field Experience: Hands-on experience in carpentry and general labor for civil construction projects.
- Physical Stamina: The work is physically demanding, including heavy lifting and working in varying weather conditions.
- Safety-Conscious & Reliable: Follow safety guidelines and take pride in being punctual and completing tasks accurately.
- Local to Pahrump, NV: We are looking for individuals living near the Pahrump area or willing to commute locally.
- Prevailing Wage: This is a prevailing wage position, in compliance with federal and state wage standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in carpentry or general labor in civil construction.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work locally in the Pahrump, NV area.
