About the Role
MWHis currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Representative (HRP) to support our team in Broomfield, CO.
Essential Functions
- Provide administrative support to HR, including HR Business Partner and Generalist colleagues.
- Maintain working knowledge of HR processes and policies.
- Manage the HR shared inbox and phone line.
- Answer employee's queries to the fullest extent possible, rerouting / escalating complex matters to the appropriate individual when necessary.
- Provide high-quality, timely and professional customer service.
- Complete HR projects as needed.
- Perform record keeping and maintain our HR data systems.
- Perform data entry for all transactions relating to employees.
- Work with Payroll team as well as other internal business partners.
- Perform employment verifications in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
