What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Planner Assistant position at MWI, Inc?

Essential Functions:
- Assemble and release job routers based on Engineering or Quote instructions.
- All job-related data entry functions.
- Reconciliation of material and job discrepancies with Production Planner.
- Data collection, analysis, and reporting of production-related metrics to management.
- Administration and management of production related ISO 9000 paperwork.
- Work and effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
- Ability to comply with MWI, Inc. standards of operations.
- Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company.
Qualifications:
- ERP Systems experience with a concentration on job and inventory management
- Job-Shop experience
- Troubleshooting experience with job cost and inventory variances
- Proficient with MS Office products: especially Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
Compensation
Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to the candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 per hour.
